When will I get the interest pay out?

We will pay the pro rata interest to your Savings Account on the first working day of the month. Interest will be paid out for the first time on Monday, March 03, 2025.

Are there any costs for the Savings Account?

No, as a Change or Zero customer, opening a Savings Account is free of charge. You will receive the interest on your balance paid out to your Savings Account every month, but you don't have to pay anything for this. The Savings Account is not available for the Now account model.

How can I transfer money directly to my Savings Account?

You can find the Savings Account in the Future tab. As with the Pockets, you can open the Savings Account there and select “Deposit” or “Withdraw”.

How is my money secured?

Your money is safe here, because the German deposit guarantee applies up to 100,000 euros per customer per bank.
