The traditional working culture needs a revolution. This is how we live New Work.

We find it important to create an environment in which we meet not only as colleagues but as humans with all their quirks. This requires a pioneering spirit, a lot of trust and the courage to try new things.

Time is our most valuable resource. We want to make it possible for all our employees to use their time as sustainably as possible – purposeful, flexible and adequate to their current situation in life. Freedom builds on mutual trust. Therefore, we do not only have trust-based working hours and holidays, but we invite you to make the world your office. Work remotely in part or full time from wherever you want.

Every single day offers so much to discover. At Tomorrow, we regularly take the time to discover new things and to broaden our horizons. Sometimes that doesn’t go according to plan, but hey, mistakes are part of the learning process. We celebrate our mistakes at our Fuckup Nights and learn together from these experiences. We support each other to grow – on a personal and a professional level. That can be during a training, a workshop or our Corporate Volunteering. Because with a free mind and an open heart we can use our knowledge to make the impossible happen.

We work in an agile environment that is based on self-organisation and autonomy. Such a way of working bears its own challenges. We find it important that you learn how to take good care of yourself even when a deadline is approaching. We regularly organize meditation and journaling sessions to reflect about our needs. To keep our bodies fit and healthy, our employees get a bike and we sponsor their sports activities. And because we feel that it’s so important, we have created a Feelgood role inside our organisation.

Please note that to remain aligned with our values we encourage vegan catering and business trips are almost exclusively completed by train (unless special conditions such as travelling duration of more than 9 hours). In this way Tomorrow aims at reducing its own employees' carbon footprints.

When we first tried to define our values, fun got by far the most votes. By now we know that fun is not really a value. It’s more a symptom of the way we collaborate at Tomorrow – like friends, trustful, appreciative. And with a lot of space to laugh together and sometimes even cry together. For example, at one of our team events or during an after work session. Or during our weekly team huddles including GIF challenges.

Everyone is different, but we are all equal. At Tomorrow, we celebrate the diversity of human life with all its aspects. To be honest, we still have quite a way to go. But we’re motivated and always looking for new methods to question old habits and break with traditional rules. We have a transparent salary matrix to guarantee fair and understandable wages. Our corporate language is English to ensure that we always understand each other. To avoid faux paus between the lines, we try to communicate in a non-violent way and give constructive feedback.
