Community x Tomorrow: Together we can change the status quo!
For this ambition, we need allies by our side who are just as convinced by our plans as we are. This includes professional investors on the one hand, and our crowd investors from the community on the other. Because you share our values and our mission, which is why we want to share Tomorrow with you. We are meanwhile the company with the highest number of private crowd investors in Germany. In our three crowd-investing campaigns to date, around 10,000 people have invested over 14 million euros in Tomorrow.
For us, the option of crowd-investing is an approach that simply feels right because we are strong believers in the participatory business model concept. If you’re already familiar with Tomorrow, then you’ll know that you – the Tomorrow community – are our harshest critics and most loyal supporters and have been shaping the further development of Tomorrow in a variety of ways since day one. With your interactions in our own community forum, for example. Or by getting involved in our Control Room, which shows a rough outline of Tomorrow’s roadmap and gives you the opportunity to vote for the features you want. But also by giving classic product feedback on our channels and participating in surveys, interviews about your needs and regular meet-ups – or by already investing in us.
We are the first start-up in Germany to have a crowd representative on our advisory board
Since 2023, we have been the only start-up in Germany to have an elected crowd representative, Anne Geiger, on our advisory board, whose job it is to represent your interests. With these insights and to give the crowd a say in our strategic decisions, we have decided to make it possible for you to get even more involved. Because while the conventional finance sector seems like a black box to many, we want to do things differently and always offer you the utmost transparency.
As the Tomorrow community has always been so much more to us than ‘just’ our customers, it makes absolute sense to us to continue down this path by opening up our crowdinvesting to you as an investment ongoing option and no longer for a limited time only. That means that you can continue investing in Tomorrow. And you can now do it ongoing! After all, we are shaping the future of the finance sector together – which is why we want to make sure that everyone gets the chance to participate in our success.
Become part of Germany’s biggest crowd
From 14.11.2024, you can participate in our crowd-investing directly via the Tomorrow app, which you will find in the Future tab. Whenever you want. Increase your chances of profiting from our success by investing again or taking advantage of the opportunity to purchase profit participation rights in Tomorrow for the first time.
What awaits you as a crowd investor:
Every single one of you can get involved, buy virtual shares and participate in Tomorrow’s future success. You can come on board with as little as €100 and at the end of the term you get your investment back - plus a pro rata annual interest rate of 5%. If Tomorrow makes profits, all investors will have a share in them; and the same applies if the company goes public or is sold.
Once a year you will receive a report about our company’s development and the latest news.
And twice a year, you can take part in an exclusive town hall meeting. This is what we call our bi-annual general meeting, where we keep you up to date and give you the opportunity to ask us anything you want to know.
Our crowd representative Anne Geiger represents your interests on our advisory board, reports back to you about the sessions and is also available if you have any questions.
In 2025 we will be electing a new crowd representative to our advisory board, and you will have the chance to cast your vote again or even put yourself up for election.
