We are delighted to inform you that the sustainable equity fund will be offered in cooperation with lemon.markets in the future. We are therefore changing the so-called liability umbrella from Solaris SE to a new partner.
There are two main reasons for this change: Firstly, the new partnership will enable us to offer you additional investment products and savings plans in the future. This means expanding the investment area for you and developing options for different needs. On the other hand, we will be able to offer the entire investment value chain from a single source in the future. This is because lemon.markets will take over the investment brokerage, trading and custody of securities, access to the capital market and the liability umbrella for Tomorrow. Solaris SE, Baader Bank and DonauCapital were previously involved.
However, Solaris SE will remain our partner for all banking services as usual. So nothing will change for your current account. The change is only relevant for customers who are invested in the Tomorrow Better Future Stocks fund or will be investing in the future.
What does the collaboration mean for our customers and when will it start?
What happens next: Investors in the Tomorrow Better Future Stocks fund will be given notice of termination for the previous infrastructure, and the Invest product will remain fully usable for 60 days. You must then actively agree to the switch to the new partner.
In August 2024, the custody account will finally be moved for all investors who have agreed to the change of custody account. It is not possible to buy or sell during this phase. The switch is free of charge for all investors.
Important to know for all those who have not yet invested in the Tomorrow Better Future Stocks fund: From June 11, 2024 it will not be possible for previously uninvested customers to open a custody account directly via the Tomorrow app and invest in the Tomorrow Better Future Stocks equity fund for the time being. The reason for this is the conversion of the technical system associated with the change of partner.
From probably fall 2024, everyone will once again be able to invest in the Tomorrow Better Future Stocks fund directly via the Tomorrow App. Until then, you can of course also invest in the equity fund via other banks, banking service providers and brokers that offer the Tomorrow Better Future Stocks fund.
